bobble

I wanted to make my friend a personalized bobblehead for his birthday. I couldn't really find any instructionals, so I just kind of winged it and learned as I went. Sculpted down from a solid block of clay, then painted with acrylics. I'm pretty excited it didn't turn out like crap:









I also would like to point out that, when I gave it to him, he was wearing the same shirt the bobble was.

I think mayhaps I should write about some of my projects instead of just posting photos sans explanation. Lately I've been doing hands on, 3-D projects instead of my usual 2D. I made a room divider out of colored jewel cases and paper clips to block an unsightly part of my room that's used as someone else's storage. Colorful $10 solution here:
